This service requires that your Vodafone UK sim card have been in phone for at least 30 days.  If sim card has not been linked to the phone for 30 days you will be refunded in full. 

For the order form above you will need your IMEI number.  The best and safest way to obtain your IMEI number is to type *#06# into your phone's handset which will then display a 15 digit number which you can then copy in the box provided.

If you are unsure of the network of your iPhone you can buy a network check if you click our 'iPhone network check’ link on the right of this page.  You can also purchase a Blacklist/Barred check (to see if your phone is barred) blocked check and network carrier check  inclusive.  Do not submit barred phones on this service as we are unable to refund you if you do as our suppliers now do not refund for this mistake.

Once your phone is unlocked you will receive a confirmation email which will be sent to the email address you supply above.

As this is a factory unlock you will then be required to connect your iPhone to iTunes to complete the unlock process.  Instructions of this will be included in your confirmation email.  You will also find this information in our 'how it works' section tab at the top of the page.

All time frames are approximate and are subject to the network's server running to full efficiency.  If the service is not working at all we will remove it until it is running as normal or advise of the adjusted time frame.
